By now you'll probably know my name is Ine Smets. Maybe what you don't know is that I'm an interior designer who grew up in Sint-Truiden, Belgium and I'm currently living there.

 

I'm pretty much a 'self-taught' photographer, although I took a class in 2012 to learn more about studio photography. I love taking pictures of sunsets, nature, people and animals (except of birds, fishes and spiders. I don't like them and I think they don't like me either).

 

I love to go on trips (road trips, citytrips,...) with my boyfriend and take pictures all day long. He also loves photography which is one of the many reasons I love him. These trips we take together are like a short escape from reality for us. Those are the best times!

 

What else can I tell you...well I'm also a perfectionist which isn't always easy. Not for myself and not for others. But there are worse qualities to have, right?

 

And last but not least, I can not go a day without listening to music. I can't even think of a world without music. I'm very lucky to have found a boyfriend who has the same taste in music as me. I love to go to rock concerts and summer festivals with him!
